3 weeks back, headed to Shangri-la hotel for high tea with my colleagues. The atmosphere was lovely, with nice and comfy sofas that you would want to laze your day away. The exquisite tableware and cutlery makes it perfect that you wish to own a set of them.

Love-ly isn't it? The mini filter for the tea makes an item. There are many variety of teas available which suits a tea lover like me. I ordered 2 pots of tea, 'beauty & wellness' and 'morning star'. I love the taste, minty and fresh.

After the tea selection, is time for food. My colleagues had many rounds of salad, and they said it taste really good. I had my share too even though i am a not-so salad person. The dish i like most would be their curry veggies. There are dim sums, sushi, penang laksa(which you have to cook your ownself) and many other chinese cuisine for you to eat your fill. I also had my first taste of goose liver, a greyish-brown cube shape liked food. For me, a small bite of it is enough. Do not really like the taste of it.

The time i am yearning for is pastries time! Decent selection of pastries.

I love macroons, cakes and fondue! *In bliss*

The atmosphere is definitely a plus point for me. The tall glass panel, overviewing the clear blue sky, makes me dreamy for a moment. There is something to cheer about, 10% off total bill for uob cards. A bonus again.
