I refer to your complaint lodged on 01 December 2009. I wish to extend apologies for the unpleasant experience you had with the said driver.

We have conducted an investigation. The said driver was warned on this incident. He was further reminded to always serve the first customer he spot when plying the roads. Your complaint has been filed in his service record for us to closely monitor his performance.

Once again, we extend our apologies on behalf of the driver and we will continue to reinforce training efforts to educate our drivers on the importance of service quality.

Well, i do not know how to start going about this, is a major setback for my family, but i'am glad that the family stayed as one during this difficult times we are facing now. It does bring an impact to us in terms of monetary. Had a family discussion with my brothers and this makes me realise the importance of my role in the family, as a sister and as a daughter. The responsiblities the siblings had to take charge now lies beyond than what we can imagine. We'll tide over, i believe, for the eldest had always been a strong pillar of support. I believed.

As early as 8am, we had our morning run along the fringes of the MacRitchie forest. There were quite a no. of people there despite being so early, guess singaporeans are heading towards healthy lifetsyle!

After finishing our long distance run, we headed to Casuarina Curry place for breakfast! Heard many raves about this prata place, finally had the chance to try it out!

Crazy moment, too happy to have you back with us!

We had our reunion dinner at T3, followed by KTV till the wee hours! Indeed a tiring day for me, being awake at 6am and ended the day at 3am, pretty amazed by my energy level. I survived the next working day as well!

Lack of updates due to my faulty laptop, pending updates to be blogged soon!  I had just filed an email complaint against a cab driver. My new laptop came just in time for this complaint! HAH!

For those who are interested to find out why it trigger me to file this complaint, here it goes:

To whom it may concern


This incident took place on 30th November 2009, timing around 10:20am, along Jurong **** street **. I was panickly waiting for a cab and this comfort delgro cab SHA 2746 came along in the opposite direction of where i was waiting. I hailed immediately when i saw the cab was not engaged with any passengers. I am sure that the cab driver notice my prescene hailing out for his cab. At the same time, while i was waiting for the cab to u-turn to my waiting point, the cab actually stopped for another passenger Mr X who actually cuts in my queue. Well, the cab driver might have thought i was the one who cut queue and therefore make his WISE choice to fetch Mr X instead of me. I was fuming no doubt and i continued looking towards their direction only to realise that Mr X was signalling to the cab driver that i was the one who waited for the cab first. I was happy that actually such a kind soul exist and i could hop on to his cab in the quickest time as i was running late for work. To my dismay, the cab driver actually told Mr X to get onto his cab, Mr X was reluctant somehow, but the cab driver persistence attitude actually got Mr X into the cab.

Issue no. one here is, as i have said earlier, the cab driver notice my prescene hailing out for his cab, why does he INSIST to fetch Mr X despite being told that i was the one who waited earlier on? I could find no fault if Mr X just board the cab and leaves as this scenerio is common everywhere and i presume is a common complaint about people who cuts queue. In my case, this is the worst attitude and behaviour that i have ever encountered with cab drivers. I expect an explanation as soon as possible, if not i won't be wasting my time to file this complaint.

Well, angry issues aside, my blog is exactly ONE YEAR OLD!!! A blog that keep tracks of my emotions, be it everything under the sun, how cool! (:  I'am loving December month, the festive mood is here, and thinking how busy i will be over the next few weekends just keeps me anticipated!
